Fresh, youthful and distinctive overall. Sweet on the palate but never cloying — the Niagara grape's natural acidity (TA 7.3 g\/L) gives good tension that balances the sweetness nicely. At just 5% ABV the wine is light-bodied, drinking almost like freshly pressed Niagara grape juice. The finish retains floral and grapey notes, clean and crisp, and very easy to drink.
