Terroir
Gently sloping vineyards along the Guanting Reservoir at 500-900m, sandy-gravelly soil with good drainage. Ample sun and pronounced diurnal swings preserve Sauvignon Blanc's fresh aromatics and lively acidity; the reservoir moderates local humidity and temperature extremes.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested in the cool early morning, gently crushed and pressed, cold-fermented in stainless steel to maximize varietal aromatics — no oak aging, simple filtration before bottling for a clean, direct fruit style.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow, with guava and grapefruit aromatics and a touch of flint. Clean, refreshing entry with bright acidity and a pure finish — honey and citrus notes with a light bitter edge and bright orange character. Small-production and precise, with genuine varietal typicity, though softer than a classic "cat's pee" Sauvignon Blanc style, floral and fruity in equal measure.
