Terroir
Planted on south-facing slopes at 500-900m, well-aerated sandy-gravel soil, ample sun and heat accumulation let this late-ripening variety fully mature, concentrating dark fruit and spice while diurnal swings preserve acidity.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested from selected plots, temperature-controlled fermentation with extended maceration for deep color and full tannin, aged in French oak for clove, cedar and pepper complexity, with bottle age before release.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Deep garnet color, clove and cedar aromatics alongside ripe plum, blackberry and pepper spice, with an emerging herbal note. Full, round entry, fine tannin, a long, saline-tinged finish.
