Terroir
An early-ripening variety planted on lower, sun-drenched slopes in mixed sandy-loam and gravel soils with good drainage. The Guanting Reservoir moderates the local climate, and wide diurnal swings help sugar and flavor develop together.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested, gently pressed; part of the blend fermented and briefly aged in French oak for creamy texture and toasted notes, part fermented in stainless steel for freshness and fuller body.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Pale gold color, with beeswax, green vegetal notes, apple skin, small white blossom, and biscuit-like lees character alongside flint, oak, toast, fresh pineapple, and a hint of Dijon mustard and toasted sesame. Bright, saline acidity, mineral, pear-like stone fruit and biscuit notes; clean and precise with white floral and a touch of oily sesame richness. Full-bodied, silky texture, elegant and understated with fine detail rather than sheer power.
