100% Cabernet Gernischt, a Carménère-descended variety that has developed its own distinct character in Ningxia's sunshine.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Bright garnet with a violet rim. Raspberry and red cherry lead into blackberry and cassis, lifted by mint and bay leaf. Full, round palate with bright acidity and fine, chewy tannins; long finish with a touch of restrained sweetness.

Food Pairing
Hand-pulled lamb — the wine's fruit and herbal lift brighten the meat's natural sweetness without covering it, while its acidity balances the fat.
