Terroir
Planted on limestone-influenced plots since 2011. Qingdao's coastal climate, moderated by the Yellow Sea, brings diurnal swings and cool nights that help retain acidity; harvest runs late August to early September.

Winemaking
Fully hand-harvested with two rounds of hand-sorting; 30% fermented in stainless steel with 3 months on lees, 70% fermented and aged 8 months in oak.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Elegant white-floral aromatics interwoven with layered citrus and stone fruit. Smooth entry, refined and three-dimensional acid structure; round body, expressive fruit, long finish. Savory sea-salinity combined with lees character adds real texture — cheese, sea salt, and a fairly noticeable oak presence add complexity.
