Terroir
Red varieties planted on sun-facing slopes below Jiuding Mountain, limestone- and gravel-influenced soils with excellent drainage. Qingdao's warmer, drier coastal climate lets grapes reach ideal phenolic ripeness, giving concentrated black fruit and firm tannin.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested and rigorously sorted; cold-soaked before fermentation, fermented gently at 26°C, pressed after 26 days; aged 12 months in French oak (225L, 58% new).

High Cru Tasting Notes
Deep garnet color, layered ripe red and black berry aromatics — red plum, blueberry and blackberry — interwoven with rose petal and violet florals, lifted by a thread of black pepper spice. Round palate, full body, fine tannin carrying vivid acidity, long lingering finish with deep toasted-oak character.
