Terroir
Jiangpo Village, Lancang River Valley, Deqin County, Yunnan.

Winemaking
Grapes harvested in early October 2024, destemmed and crushed, then cold-soaked at 8°C for 12 hours before pressing off for fermentation. After a 20-day alcoholic fermentation, the wine was racked off gross lees; 15% underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation in new oak, while 85% was aged in clay amphora without MLF. Aged 8 months before blending and bottling, unfined and unfiltered.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Pale green in colour, with expressive fruit on opening — yellow lemon, green apple, snow pear, mountain peach, citrus, passion fruit and alpine white blossom, alongside notes of cream, toasted bread and roasted hazelnut. Linear, crisp, well-balanced acidity and a full, textured body, with a fresh, complex finish showing fruit, oak and mineral notes.
