Winemaking
This 2021 Vidal icewine comes from a 4-mu (roughly 0.27 hectare) vineyard on limestone- and leaf-mould-rich soil. After a harsh winter, the plump berries had dehydrated by 30-40%. Fermented slowly and coldly over four months, then aged on fine lees for a year and a half, the wine was finally released in 2023.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Clear, brilliant golden colour, with concentrated honey, grass and wildflower notes alongside tropical fruit. Refreshing acidity meets icy sweetness, with a round entry on the palate.
