Winemaking
70% aged in stainless steel, 30% in French acacia barrels, for 6 months; blended and aged a further month in stainless steel, naturally clarified, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Bright, pale golden in the glass. Fresh and open on opening, led by green apple, fresh lemon, wild mountain blossom and honeyed kumquat; with air, warm white-nut notes slowly emerge, wrapped in the cool minerality unique to high altitude. Medium-full bodied, round and smooth on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and a clean, long finish.
