Terroir
Weakly alkaline alluvial soil — sand, clay and Gobi gravel. South-facing basin slope at 580m elevation.

Winemaking
Ecocert-certified organic. Hand-harvested and sorted. Fermented and pressed entirely in new oak barrels, aged on lees for 12 months (no punch-down), with a third undergoing malolactic fermentation. Lightly filtered before bottling.

High Cru Tasting Notes
Deep gold in the glass, highly aromatic — honeysuckle, rose, lychee and fennel. Fresh, round palate with a long, aromatic finish carrying a touch of bitterness. Not a typical grapey Muscat character; instead a complex floral profile leaning toward chrysanthemum and honeysuckle, almost kombucha-like, with rose, lychee and fennel rather than an overtly perfumed Muscat style.
