High Cru Tasting Notes
Guonian Village sits at 2,100m with a warm climate and weathered granite soils, contributing around 80% of the blend for a full body, juicy palate and lovely florality. Adong Village, higher and cooler at 2,600m, produces elegant, vivacious Cabernet Sauvignon, contributing around 20% and lending a lifted frame and crisp finish. The wine combines very sweet aromatics with a firm structure, making it enjoyable young while still rewarding further bottle age.
